Meet Charlie: a journey of trust
Charlie, a rehomed dog, arrived at our salon very scared. Initially, a muzzle was necessary for his safety and ours. Through consistent, gentle care and building trust over several visits, Charlie no longer requires a muzzle. He now happily enjoys all aspects of his grooming, feeling secure and safe, proving that patience and understanding make all the difference.
